Incorporated since February 2002 as a sole-proprietor, our founder provides desktop support to a few small companies and a handful of home users.
Within a short-span of 3 years, we have grown from a one-man operation providing mono-service, to a team of dedicated staffs, each of which is a professional in its own field.
We’ve grown because we empower and accelerate the growth of our clients. And we are ready to grow with you too.

Our company was founded by Mr. Delson Moo on February 2002, just a couple of months after the collapse of World Trade Center.
It was also during the time of economic recession, after the burst of the dot-com bubble. Still remember that?
It was definitely a time of uncertainty and an age of darkness.
Yet, the can-do attitude of our founder shines bright during this time, and he bravely stepped into this world of unknown with a very clear vision and a very down-to-earth promise to himself and his clients.
Today, that vision is what we relies on and those promises are what we are delivering now. And it’ll be there for years to come.
While the world is picking up pace and trying to recover from the recession, our company is growing faster than we anticipated.
It is during this time when Miss Clara Ho joined the company and spearheaded a new department for the company. So, not only we are providing I.T. services, we are providing outsourced accounting services.
With her years of experiences in a Chartered Accountant company, she is able to lead the company to provide multi-prone services.
With her partnership, we converted from a sole-proprietor one-man shop, to a team of dedicated professionals devoted to their own field of expertise.
We’ve grown, and with our growth, we provided a more rounded solution to our clients and they managed to grow exponentially with us too.
As our company grows and our range of products and services increased, we are no longer contend to be just a reseller.
We partnered with more vendors, introduced more product ranges to our clients, and even managed to attain Sole Distributorship for a number of products for ASEAN countries. And we are proud to say that till today, we are still their Sole Distributor for these countries !
It is also during this time when we are appointed as Professional Partner for MYOB Accounting software.
Last but not least, we’ve added web & email hosting as part of our services too, and with that, we also ventured into web development for our supportive clients. Many of them are still hosting their business frontline and their communication pipeline with us today. That shows how much they’ve entrusted their business with us.
So, that’s quite a good year to be exact.
Remember about the 2008 Great Recession?
Remember how the Subprime Mortgage Crisis which happened in the US and eventually rippled across the globe, followed by the collapse of the infallible Lehman Brothers bank?
Many of our clients were hit hard during this time, and in order for their businesses to stay afloat, some things needs to be done.
When most of our competitors are scratching their heads and studying hard to know more about Cloud Servers and Cloud Computing, we have ventured into providing Cloud Services to our clients.
It is during this time when we educate our clients the cons of having their own dedicated onsite servers, as compared to subscribing to our Cloud Servers and enjoy a much more stress-free computing experience.
When others are still proposing costly hardware infrastructures, we are actually weighing for our clients the advantages of OPEX vs Capex.
It is with his keen eyes and far-sightedness that our founder has propelled our company through another storming recession and in reverse, we managed to do much more better than our competitors. And due to the cost-saving measures provided by us, our clients are able to keep their heads out of the stormy water and sail through that dark stormy sea with us.
This is the year when we helped a lot of our clients and till today, they are still our loyal customers supporting our services.

Year 2009 was a tough year for many, but it was a good year for us. And we want to take it further.
When others are still working on client-server environments for their MYOB Accounting software, we tapped on our expertise in Cloud Servers and provide MYOB software on Cloud for our esteem clients.
That means for businesses with their warehouse in one location, office in another, and while the management executives might be flying around the globe, all of them are able to access their MYOB database at the same time and work cohesively in the same environment, just as if they are in the same physical location !
It might be nothing to you now, but in year 2010, that was something to marvel with and many of our competitors were just trying to play catch-up with us. But well, we’re already few steps ahead of them.
As a close neighbour to our country Singapore, Malaysia has lots to offer and much more for us to tap into.
As you know by now, lots of our clients are loyal to us, and most of them have been with us for more than 10 years, some since the day we started business!

A disparate number of our clients has ventured into Malaysia and wanted to expand and set up base in Johor Bahru.
They’ve invited us to look into the possibility of partnering with us in this foreign land.
Coincidently, we were actually considering Johor Bahru also as it’ll allow us to venture further up north when the demand arises.
It takes two to clap, and we are all clapping right now as we opened our office in Johor Bahru !
Call it bad timing, or a new venture awaits in disguise.
Just only a few months after opening our Johor Bahru office, the COVID-19 pandemic strikes. And it strikes hard.
Businesses are forced to shut their shutters, and the whole country goes into lockdown mode.
Nobody is supposed to go to work, and that means our colleagues in Johor Bahru are forced to work from home.
Does it mean that they’re handicapped at home? No, of course not !
We’ve implemented remote working a couple of years back, so nothing changes. Work is as usual and our clients in Johor Bahru are getting their needed support and services till today, and we’ll still be there tomorrow.
We are currently expanding and will be introducing a new service to our clients, and that includes you too. And for that, we are revamping our website for it too.
And that’s what we do.
